A rare early 20th century silver figural Caddy Spoon, depicting the famous English romantic poet, William Wordsworth, with oval hammered bowl.
This fine quality spoon has good weight to it and was made by the sought after arts & crafts silversmith, Bernard Instone, Birmingham 1927. He also made the similar and more frequently found Shakespeare portrait spoon.
This caddy spoon is in very good condition with clear hallmarks.
