A lovely example of a counter top haberdashery bank of drawers. It is made up of two drawers with brass cup handles and an open top glass lid. The lettering really makes this item stand out. It reads ‘Arden’s Hazel no3 Embroidery’ and it also reads the same to the rear which enhances this item even further.

Inside the lid there are several embroidery related items which are included with the drawers.

Dimensions: H:29cm W:37.5cm D:26cm (all at widest point).

Condition: Commensurate with age and use. Some historic worm; some loss of wood to front plinth; loss of right hand side pull ring catch and some movement to glass.

Late 19th/early 20th Century.
