PLATON HABERDASHERY CABINET

A lovely retailers Haberdashery dovetail two drawer cabinet dating to the 1900s marked ‘The Platon. Stay Busk. Patent Centre Plate System’. It was a cabinet used to hold parts that held corsets together.
It is clear that the drawers had been thoroughly used as evidenced in the photos but is more than made up with the handsome brass campaign style pulls and lettering maintaining its lovely patina.
