Oil on canvas painting entitled ‘Lower Slaughter’ by Mary Gardiner. Lower Slaughter is a village in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire

Signed and dated to the bottom right – Gardiner 1962.

There is an old label to the rear giving the title of the painting as ‘Lower Slaughter’and the artist’s name ‘Mary Gardiner’. The artist’s name is also on the stretcher to the verso.

Approx measurements inc the frame: H:64cm W:74cm D:4cm

Condition – Scuffs, marks and losses to the frame. Little pin holes around the edges of the painting.
