Antique Industrial Wells unbreakable torch lamp No: 18A, made c1900s.
This is a heavy item made out cast iron in good solid condition. The yellow colour intertwined with the loss of paint adds to its patina achieved through its years of arduous use. It was often used by engineers, construction workers particularly on the railways, civil engineering, shipyards and ironworks during the Victorian times.
